NUS Indian Dance held a two-day, day camp from 7-8 Dec 2017 which exposed participants to a variety of Indian classical dance forms, ranging from Bharatanatyam (advanced and beginner), Kathak, Kathakali and Odissi. The advanced Bharatanatyam class was taught by Ajith Bhaskaran Dass, founder and artistic director of Suvarna Fine Arts, Malaysia while Odissi was taught by Chitra Shankar, founder of Chitrakala Arts. Kathak, Kathakali and beginner Bharatanatyam were taught by tutors from Bhaskar's Arts Academy.
